UK Pavilion

To deliver the UK Pavilion at the World Expo in Japan along the theme of ‘Nature’s wisdom’

Our Approach
The visitor journey starts in a garden planted out with British flower species. In the garden are installations by British artists reflecting global environmental issues. Entering the darkened pavilion reveals a large display space with atmospheric ceiling projections of shadow animation natural forms such as bats, geckos, sharks and ocean waves. Each animation references a hands-on interactive exhibit that showcases British innovations, all inspired by nature.

Completed as Land Design Studio.
